At Fair Trade Colombia we are very happy to work with retailers that want to promote fair trade and eco friendly products at their store big or small!

We can offer you our wholesale prices if you buy 6 or more of one item.

PAYMENT: Since we pay our producers in advance, we will require a 50% payment when you place your order. The remaining 50% will be due immediately after receiving your order.
Cash, cheque or money order (made to FAIR TRADE COLOMBIA), major credit cards (through Pay Pal getaway) are accepted. All accounts are COD until credit terms are established. NSF cheque charge is $50. Interest on overdue accounts calculated at 2% per month.

Small orders will be filled from our stock - large orders require at least 1 month (ordering / producing / shipping). Back orders will be shipped when available.

SAMPLES: In most cases, we will send you a sample of the product before large orders for you to approve (sample needs to be returned after approval or will be invoiced if you'd like to keep it for marketing purposes).

SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped through Canada Post (ground / air) unless otherwise specified. The shipping costs will be added to your invoice.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: Please examine all shipments for external damage. All damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please keep all packaging for inspection. All damaged goods will be replaced.

CANCELLATIONS: 10% re-stocking fee will be charged on all order cancelled within 5 days of requested shipping date.

CAN TAXES: All prices are subject to HST (13%)

US TAXES: Will be paid through mail carrier at delivery or pick up time / exemption certificate must be presented then if applicable.
